11) Governing Law; Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
12) Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
